- Our oak monitor stands are made from natural oak wood and with that comes certain irregularities like knots or different wood grains. These knots and changed wood grains differ from one wood slab to another and these are a few of the many traits that give our wood its uniqueness.
- Make sure to keep a constant temperature and humidity level, ideally between 18 and 21 ° C and between 45 and 55% for the humidity level. Variations may put your wooden stand under stress, which may result in cracks and curves.

Please be aware that our shipping carrier will deliver the stand to your building's doorstep. The shipping carrier will not bring the order up to your floor or apartment. IMPORTANT INFORMATION - When the carrier will be delivering the item to you take a look if the packages look suspicious! If you see even the SMALLEST damage on the package (ripped cartoon, dent corner, footprints on the package, etc.) please write in the cargo document (paper or electronically) the word 'DAMAGE' and take pictures of the damaged packaging.You have all the right to do that and do not let the delivery guy stop you. Only if the word DAMAGE appears in the delivery papers (there is no special spot to write that word, just write it next to your signature) that gives a guarantee that the insurance is valid if you open the package and something turns out to be damaged.
If you DO NOT sign that the package has been damaged upon delivery we WILL NOT accept any complaints towards us about the damaged order!
